Coach Cathy brings her passion and dedication to Athletes of all ages. She brings forth a professional perspective and tremendous focus on proper mechanics and technique. Coach Cathy combines her love for teaching kids and adults and educating them through skills specific training development, mental strategies and confidence as well as the benefits of fitness and nutrition to cultivate Athletes to their best potential. Under Coach Randy Brooke’s mentorship Coach Cathy is refining her skills as a Performance Coach and always striving to improve her own personal development.
She is not only a Coach with RFYL but also a Master Track Athlete who recently competed in the 2017 Ontario Masters Championships and earned a Gold Medal in the 1500m. She also competed at the Canadian Outdoors Masters Championships in 2015 and earned a Bronze medal in the 100m and also competed in the Ontario Masters Outdoor Championships in 2015 and earned a Bronze medal in the 100m and the 200m. Coach Cathy is a Certified Personal Trainer and provides Nutritional Coaching for Athletes and others seeking to perform at their best. Coach Cathy is a former Master Swimmer with the Clarington Swim Club.
